The Owner and Lead Wedding Planner for All The Dainty Details.
I have been planning events for over a decade and it is more of my passion now than ever before. Beginning my career with Marriott International as an Event Manager, I quickly became immersed in the event planning scene managing social and corporate events. Although my experience in the hospitality industry was engaging, it was my eye for aesthetics, desire for personal touches and authentic relationships with couples that inspired my transition into wedding planning full time. All The Dainty Details launched in 2016 and since then my heart has been planning, designing and bringing to life some of Virginia's most beautiful weddings.
Establishing a wedding planning company has allowed me to combine and express my creativity and talents all while serving devoted couples. I'm am slightly obsessed with organization and planning things out. I love making daily to-do lists just so that I can cross things off. So really it’s no wonder that the organization and attention to detail required for wedding planning fit so well within my strengths. I believe that your day should not just be esthetically stunning, but a moment in time that when you look back, 10, 20, even 30 years, you will see a day that was not just beautiful, but filled with moments you will remember for the rest of your life together.

When I'm not wearing the many hats of a wedding planner or dreaming up the perfect tablescape, you may find me at home enjoying my time as a mom to my wildly boisterous twin boys, Wyatt and Tiller. My husband Erick and I have been married for seven years. We met through the event industry, so not only does he understand the in’s and out’s of the wedding planning experience, but he’s my biggest supporter.

Hi y'all! My name is Leigh, and I am the Associate Wedding Planner for the DC area.
Growing up in a military family instilled in me a passion for service, and living all around the United States, and the world, sparked my interest in other cultures, two qualities which I bring to my passion for event planning. If you have multiple backgrounds, cultures, and traditions to meld together in one wedding, I'm your gal!
While my parents would say that I've been planning parties since I was a kid - my 16th birthday party was an epic costume party in our living room-turned-bedouin tent - I joined the wedding planning industry in 2017 while living in Seattle, Washington. With a professional background in corporate events and trade shows, the transition to wedding planning was a natural outlet for my creative, yet incredibly Type A, energies. Besides, who doesn't love LOVE? After moving back to the DC area in 2019, I realized how much I missed wedding planning. Enter Mallory! Ever since Fall 2019, I have been incredibly fortunate to be part of the amazing team at All the Dainty Details helping to make our couples' wedding dreams come true!

Hi there! My name is Alexa, and I am the Associate Wedding Planner for the DC area.
After spending five years event planning in the corporate and government world in DC, I had the opportunity to plan a friend's wedding and the rest is history. Since I was a kid, serving others, organizing logistics, crafting those personal touches, and making sense of the chaos has brought me immense joy. I know, those don't sound like things that should all go together. Having a front row seat as a couple embarks on one of life's greatest adventures is an honor and a privilege. I love helping a couple's vision come to life - whether it be simple and elegant or casino tables and a pop of color/pattern. All The Dainty Details leaves no creative stone unturned as we guide our couples to the aisle.
