Today, we have an enchanting spring wedding that has completely stolen our hearts. Margherita and Kyle were married this past April at Poplar Springs Manor in Warrenton, Virginia. The two toured multiple venues, but could not shake the feeling they had after seeing this Virginia wedding venue in person. It was the perfect blend of romance, an old world feel, plus an unforgettable location. Tucked away on a 173 acre property, it feels like you are having a destination wedding, but you are only an hour outside of Washington, DC. This venue also offers overnight accommodations, which was perfect for housing the couple’s wedding party and immediate family.

Poplar Spring’s natural setting provided the ideal backdrop for portraits. It’s fairytale-like forest created an undeniably magical vibe and the couple fell perfectly into place complementing their romantic surroundings. Utilizing a soft color palette of lilac, whites, and muted tones, this spring wedding turns up the volume on romance and delicate touches.

Margherita and Kyle exchanged vows outside on the stone patio overlooking the pond.  My favorite part of the ceremony was hearing what they loved most about each other. There were equal parts of laughter and tears.  The adoration and love that they have for each other was forefront the entire celebration.

In our initial meeting, they described how they wanted a very lively, energetic and fun reception.  And boy did they ever!! From their intro and entrance to “Let It Rock” to the last dance “Piano Man”, the dance floor was packed all night long.  Guests only stopping for a slice of wedding cake or grabbing a signature Margarita cocktail.
