Let's set up a time to meet for coffee or a video chat to get to know one another. We will discuss in detail the type of wedding you would like both you and your guests to experience. This will help us determine what level of service will work best for you!
After we have our consultation chat, we will know which package and optional add-on services will meet your needs best. Next we will create a custom contract for you to review. Once you have digitally signed your contract and submitted your deposit payment, your date is secure and it's time to get planning!
With complete access to our online planning lounge, Aisle Planner, you will have ALL the planning tools right at your fingertips. Plus, you’ll have us! We will guide you through every detail of the process leading up to your wedding day, keeping you on track and stress-free.

It’s the day you’ve been waiting for. With us by your side the entire day, you’ll be able to sit back, relax and marry your person! We will be there at the beginning of the day, while you start to get ready, being the point person as your vendors begin to arrive and set up, until the send off at the end of the evening. Always making sure every Dainty Detail is taken care of!
Perfect for the couple who are confident in handling the planning process on their own, but needs someone to step in and manage their vendors and orchestrate the many details and logistics leading up to the wedding and on the day. We take care of reviewing contracts, vendor management, wedding day timeline, diagrams, and wedding day coordination.

Leigh and Mallory are AMAZING! My husband and I heard from friends that a day-of coordinator is a must and I am so glad we listened. All the Dainty Details took away any stress we had on our special day. They took care of communicating with all of our vendors, created the wedding timeline, and set up and broke down all of our wedding decor. We did not have to worry about anything. Mallory is a dream! I am a super detail oriented client of hers and always am trying to think ahead and she took everything to the next level. Not only is she someone you want to be friends with, but she knows her business and is on top of everything. Our wedding was definitely one of the crazy ones. We changed our numbers, venue and all the other details MANY times throughout the past 8 months as COVID hit. My husband and I live in FL but made the decision to get married in DC where I'm from. From helping us get pricing adjusted from our vendors for COVID related issues, to managing our ever changing room blocks and ensuring all of our details were taken care. She always made sure to triple check with me when any sort of information was being communicated, and ensured that all of our family was taken care of. She was truly a GEM! Mallory was very easy to work with. She helped put together my wedding timeline and understand everything that I wanted. She stayed on top of my vendors and responded to all of my questions right away. On my wedding day, Mallory took care of everything without having to ask me anything -- it just all magically happened and everything was perfectly executed.
