Our favorite part of wedding planning is getting to know our couples and coming up with creative and fun ways to personalize their weddings. We thrive knowing we are their biggest advocate and person to lean on when things get hard, stressful, or complicated. When they have so many opinions coming at them from friends and family, we get to be a sounding board and give our professional opinion solely based on what they want. We love that!

If you were to work with us at All The Dainty Details, you have your choice of three different planning packages:

Wedding Management

Many would refer to this type of package as “day of” or “month of” planning, but it’s so much more than that to us. We do not put a timeframe on when we jump in. This is because we find it’s important to have those lines of communication open from the time you book with us. Even if you’re doing most of the planning yourself, we still want to know what you are planning, who you are booking, etc. We want to be there if you have any questions throughout the process. We find this works better than waiting much closer to your wedding day to assist. With this package, we will manage your vendors and orchestrate the many details and logistics leading up to the wedding and on the day. We take care of reviewing contracts, vendor management, wedding day timeline, diagrams, ceremony rehearsal and wedding day coordination.

Partial Wedding Package

This package is great for mixing and matching what you really want out of a wedding planner. The options include: venue selection, vendor selection, styling and design, guest management, budget management, catering consultation and assisting with wedding related events. Let us customize this package exactly to your needs!

Full Wedding Planning

This is our all inclusive package for couples who want a professional taking care of everything. Everything we do is alongside our couples throughout the entire process to make sure it’s exactly what you want. We can offer tailored vendor recommendations and attend key meetings to make sure all the right questions are asked. We’re there to provide guidance to ensure a flawless experience for you and your guests.

Often, couples are worried that they are going to forget something during the planning process. Our team ensures nothing falls through the cracks! Each couple is set up with a very thorough checklist in their Aisle Planner lounge. It’s very comprehensive, including things from dress fittings to mailing out RSVPs to booking accommodations. The checklist also adds a time frame to each task as to when it should be completed. This ensures you’re never behind schedule. All The Dainty Details also has guides and questionnaires we use for different aspects of the planning to make sure we cover everything from start to finish.

If you’re like most couples, you may worry about all the different things getting done during the wedding. Luckily, we have a great group of vendors who can create magic in just a couple of hours! When you hire professionals and vendors that work well together and have the same goal of giving the couple the best day ever, amazing things will happen. We fully trust all the vendors that we recommend to our couples.

Aside from the typical things a wedding planner may provide, we love building real relationships with our couples. We love texting with our brides! We’ve had past brides send us pictures of them trying on their wedding dresses or at their bridal showers. We’ve had some send us the things that keep them up at night or scary wedding nightmares they have like a veil catching on fire or the officiant not showing up. We love being there for the good and the bad.

Seeing our couples over the moon on their wedding day is the best feeling ever. We love witnessing their love and sharing in the joy they’ve invited us into. All of the hard work is worth it seeing smiles on their faces and getting all the hugs and thank yous.
